Cancellation Policy

salon policy

To provide each client with the highest level of service and to respect our reserved time together, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

All sales are final on services and retail products.

No refunds offered.
