Booking & Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
A signed copy of this agreement and a card on file are required to confirm your booking. If the signed form is not received promptly, your appointment will be removed from the schedule without notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Each appointment is carefully customized to your needs and reserves significant time in my schedule. While I maintain a waitlist, it is not always possible to fill a spot on short notice.
-
Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
-
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the remaining balance of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file.
-
Deposits are non-transferable to future appointments.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule, which will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Children Policy
For safety and insurance purposes, children under 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Satisfaction Policy
I take pride in helping clients achieve their dream hair. If you have concerns with your cut or color, a complimentary adjustment may be booked within 7 days of your service. Adjustments requested after this timeframe will be booked as a new service at full cost.
Hair Extension Policies
-
Extension bookings require the same 50% non-refundable deposit as all other services.
-
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
-
Rescheduling within 7 days of the appointment will result in a $150 rescheduling fee, charged to the card on file at the time of the change. This fee is in addition to the non-refundable deposit and will not be applied toward future services.
-
No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
-
All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your extension package if the appointment is completed as scheduled.
Home Care & Liability
-
A Home Care Maintenance Sheet will be provided on the day of application to ensure best results.
-
Hair extensions require regular maintenance. I reserve the right to use professional discretion in determining whether to proceed with any service if the health and integrity of your hair is at risk.
-
By signing this agreement, you release Danielle Wessley, Studio Meraki, and employees from liability for any loss, damage, injury, claims, or actions arising from the use or misuse of extensions.
Photo & Marketing Release
I may use before-and-after photos for marketing purposes. By signing below, you agree to the use of these images without additional compensation.
Payment Agreement
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all payments owed to Studio Meraki. Failure to pay, or initiating a bank dispute, will result in account suspension and may void future bookings. Accounts sent to collections or legal action will be the clients responsibility, including court, attorney, and processing fees.
A 10% late fee per month will be applied until the balance is paid in full. Declined checks will incur a $25 fee, payable immediately.
