Studio Meraki + Danielle Wessleys' Membership Terms & Conditions (“T&C’s”)

Thanks for your interest in our monthly blow out Memberships! Whether you’re interested in the Minimalist Package or the Trendsetter Package, the program is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as there are important limitations, exclusions, and rules for how the program is operated.

If an appointment is a no call / no show, there will be a $50 fee charged to your card.

Each month, your chosen plan will give you either two or four services (“Membership services”) to be used at your convenience, subject to availability and the other Terms and Conditions herein.

Memberships are paid in advance and begin on the first calendar day of each month, end the last calendar day of the month, and there are no prorations. For example, if you purchase a membership on the 15th of September, your membership is paid for and active for the next thirty days.

Your membership will automatically renew the same time each month. You must cancel 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. You can call or text me at 573-525-0119.

Unused services do not roll over from month to month, and there are no refunds or credits for unused services. If you do not use your monthly services, you lose them. Once the membership is canceled you have 29 days after the draft to use the rest of your blow outs. For example, if you are drafted on the 15th of the month, you have until the 14th of the next month to use them.1 full draft required before downgrade or cancellation may occur. Once full draft has been met there is a 15-Day notice required to change to a lower plan or cancel, cancellations are handled by email or text, membership changes must be done by email or text. Account will require a back up card on file after 1st decline. Balances may be paid with cash or alternate card. If payment is not recieved by end of day draft is due the balance will increase by $15 for that month, payments are due regardless of use. -- OPEN-ENDED AGREEMENT -- auto-renewal will occur on the date of the month that you signed up (for example, if you sign up on the 5th, your package will auto-renew on the 5th of each month until you cancel) -- any month to month purchases made on the 28 - 31 of the month will be drafted on the 28th of each month, other rules and restrictions may apply.

Limitations and Exclusions
In order to make sure you get the time and date that works for you I recommend pre booking all appointments through the month. If you must reschedule please make sure to do so that same month otherwise that blow out appointment will be forfeited for that month. If an appointment is a no call/no show there will be a $50 fee charged to your card. My salon hours are Monday-Thursday 11am to 5pm and Friday 11am to 2pm.

Membership does not guarantee that an appointment will be available on a specific date and time.

Monthly Memberships are non-transferable and must be purchased by the person who will be redeeming the membership services. If you wish to purchase a membership for someone else, please purchase a Studio Meraki Gift Card for them to redeem.
Membership services are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

Membership services may only be redeemed for the services specified in your plan and may not be substituted or credited toward other services.

Membership services may not be partially used, and you will not receive credit for any part of the service you do not utilize. For example, if you are a Trendsetter member but choose not to have the mini scalp facial, you will not receive a refund or credit for the unused portion of that service.

Studio Meraki + Danielle Wessleys' appointment cancellation and no-show policy applies to the Membership program as well. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment to cancel your appointment without penalty. If you do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, you forfeit that membership service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you are considered a no-show, your appointment is cancelled, and you forfeit that membership service.

Your Membership services only cover designated services, and do not include gratuity/tip, applicable taxes, or the cost for other services or retail products.

Program Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your monthly membership, just send an email to with your name, email address, and which package you need to cancel from (Minimalist or Trendsetter). Use the subject line “Membership Cancellation” in your email. Or just send a simply text message with the same info, 573-525-0119.

Cancellation requests must be received 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. If you cancel at the 15 day mark or within that period, you will be charged again for the membership chosen and you will have the next month of blow dry services avaible to you until cancelled.

Your current month’s Membership services are not refundable, in whole or in part.

Program Administration
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the Membership programs and any future similar membership programs implemented by Studio Meraki + Danielle Wessley, unless such programs have their own T&Cs.

Studio Meraki + Danielle Wessley reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including limitations, exclusions, or rules for the administration thereof, without prior notice to members.

Studio Meraki + Danielle Wessley reserves the right to limit the number of Memberships that are offered, and further reserves the right to deny Membership or Membership services to any individual.

In the event a Membership program is cancelled or discontinued by Studio Meraki + Danielle Wessley, you will be refunded for any prepaid months in which the service is not available. In the event the program is cancelled with an effective date before the end of the calendar month, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of unused Membership services remaining in your plan.
